First of all, congratulations on the new bundle of joy you are expecting. Becoming a parent is truly the most important and rewarding job you will ever have! Being an Austin baby photographer is my favorite, it is such a joyful experience. You will never forget the first moment you laid eyes on your daughter or the first time you heard your son cry.

These are truly magical moments. As much as we hope and pray they will stay little forever, they grow up anyway. Those first few weeks seem to fly by and each moment becomes a fleeting memory. As a newborn photographer in Austin, I strive to capture those first few weeks and turn the resulting images into a work of fine art to be treasured forever.

Newborn photography requires a large amount of planning and an insane amount of patience and as a mother of 2 and with 1 on the way, I practice both daily.

It’s my goal to make this a very special experience for my clients, where you come and relax and let us pamper you. At our studio, safety is our top priority when handling your baby, and I promise, I will hold and care for them as I do my own.

Get To Know Me

I have always had a passion for working with children, and before I was a baby photographer, I was a high school English and a middle school special education teacher for 7 years. CHP came to light in 2016, a year after my son was born. After a glorious year of being a stay at home mom, I contemplated going back to work, but I wanted the flexibility in my schedule to be with my son. I discovered my passion and love for photography when I started capturing those moments of my son that would soon only be memories, and the rest is history.

I have a loving and supportive husband who is always making me laugh, a son who has the sweetest, most loving personality (especially towards his sister) and a daughter who loves to climb and jump on everything, giving me heart attacks almost daily. We enjoy spending time with our kiddos and I never pass up a chance at the pool in the summer. I’m half Korean and food and culture play a large roll in our household. My husband and I are foodies and we enjoy cooking together and with friends and family. You will never see me pass up the opportunity to karaoke and we love to travel.

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is building long lasting relationships with my clients and watching their babies grow. Many of my clients have also become some of my very close friends, and even our kiddos have become friends.

I love capturing those lasting memories for my clients and I love seeing my artwork hanging in my client’s homes. These are the moments that will last a lifetime and beyond.
